Columbia Overhead Door was very responsive to my my broken door spring and unwarpped cables. I called on a Friday afternoon and the owner was here on Monday morning to assess the job and give me a price. The door was repaired by Wednesday morning of the same week. So 3.5 buiness days from my call to a comp,ete repair. And the cost was quite reasonable.
I had called Overhead Door of Southwest Washington first and they gave me an appointment time just to look at the job that was _5 weeks away_. Who wants to wait that long or longer to be able to use their garage?
